As the leader of global online gift registry services, MyRegistry.com gives you the flexibility to choose items from any store in the world—whether it be a local mom and pop shop or a national chain superstore.     We’re looking for a results-driven, creative, and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our email and CRM strategy. You’ll manage the execution of all email flows and campaigns—owning everything from concept to send—and be responsible for fine-tuning copy, design visuals, and segmentation to drive subscriber engagement, acquisition, and conversion.
    This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating tailored, high-performing customer journeys and who thrives in a data-informed, hands-on environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    -Plan, build, refine and execute email marketing campaigns—including automated flows, milestone campaigns, event-triggered sends, and promotions
    -Manage and continuously refine our CRM/email marketing calendar
    -Write, edit, and optimize email copy and partner with design to create visually engaging, brand-aligned content
    -Lead A/B testing strategy across subject lines, copy, send times, and creative to drive continuous improvement
    -Maintain strong list health through regular cleaning, engagement-based segmentation, and deliverability best practices
    -Create and implement personalized and segmented campaigns to drive engagement and conversion at every stage of the lifecycle
    -Analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, unsubscribes) and provide actionable insights
    -Develop strategies for new subscriber acquisition and re-engagement of lapsed users
    -Monitor overall email deliverability health and work to maintain compliance with all platform, industry, and legal standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM)

    REQUIREMENTS
    -Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
    -Minimum of 3 years of experience with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is required
    -Demonstrated success in improving open rates, click-throughs, and conversion performance through testing and optimization
    -Proficient in segmentation, journey/automation setup, and campaign analytics
    -Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for branding and tone
    -Experience building and managing a CRM/email content calendar
    -Ability to interpret data and apply it to campaign strategy in a clear and actionable way
    -Familiarity with deliverability management, list hygiene, and consent practices
    -Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once

    Preferred Skills:
    -Graphic design skills or experience collaborating closely with creative teams
    -Experience with SMS and multichannel CRM strategies
    -Knowledge of GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance
    -Familiarity with ecommerce, registry, or gifting industries is a plus

    We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who will develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with MyRegistry's brand goals and growth objectives. The successful candidate will have experience creating platform specific strategies for all things social, including emerging channels. This is a fully on-site position in Fort Lee, NJ -- only local candidates will be considered at this time.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Planning:
    -Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and growth targets.
    -Create platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

    Content Development & Management:
    -Build and manage a robust social content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posting.
    -Collaborate with creative, SEO, email, and paid media teams to create integrated campaigns.
    -Produce or oversee creation of original content (copy, graphics, short-form videos, stories, reels).

    Community Building:
    -Engage daily with followers to build authentic relationships, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
    -Foster UGC (user-generated content) programs, registrant spotlights, and social contests.

    Analytics & Optimization:
    -Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement rates, traffic, and conversions.
    -Analyze social performance weekly and monthly to optimize strategies.

    Paid Media Coordination:
    -Collaborate with the paid media team to amplify high-performing content through paid campaigns.
    -Provide input on creative direction for social ads and retargeting initiatives.
    -Influencer and Partnership Strategy:
    -Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers, lifestyle creators, and brand ambassadors.
    -Coordinate influencer collaborations and campaign launches.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of proven social media management experience (brand-side or agency).
    Deep knowledge of major social platforms and emerging trends.
    Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.
    Experience in social content creation (especially Reels, TikToks, Stories).
    Analytical mindset; familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or native platform analytics.
    Understanding of social-media-driven SEO principles and paid social advertising basics.
    Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
    Passion for celebrating life’s milestones and helping users create joyful memories.

    Salary: $70K - $80K DOE
